Accosato was manufactured in Italy between 1969 and 1990. The brand had sume success with the smaller displacement bikes.Pierfranco Muraglia won the 1983 and 1984 European enduro championship (80cc) and the excellent rider Stefano Passeri (Italy) won the 1985 European enduro championship (80cc) after winning the 1984 Italian enduro Junior championship on the same brand.



The company was founded in Moncalieri next to Turin by Giovanni Accossato. The started with 50 cm³ Moto Cross machines. In 1979 they launched a small serie of enduro bikes. From 1982 the bikes was to be found in both national and international events. Famous Accosato models in 1985 were: CE 80 Enduro Competizione and CE 80 CROSSES Competizione. Both had a water-cooled one cylinder two-stroke engine, They pumped 21HP at 12000 rpm, and/or 23HP at 12800 rpm. Another common model was the CE 125 Enduro Competizione that had 33HP at 10500 rpm.

The Accosato bikes was a beautiful Italian product as so many times both before and after. The value of these bikes will rise and some will most certanly end up at serious collecters.

The company still exists and manufactures handlebars, grips, subframes for the Italian motocycle industry.
