The story of Beta can be tracked back to around 1904. The company has produced: bicycles, scooters and motorcycles. There are several famous bikes over the years but it was during the 70's that Beta was associated with the world of motocross and enduro. The product has mostly been small displacement bikes. Today Beta is best recognized for their Trail bikes. Dougie Lampkin won the world trial championship during 1997, 1998 and 1999 on Betas.
