New kickstarter shaft and mounting together

Now I'm mounting it together using the bolts to ensure that the gasket gets into position before tighten it.

You need to take some care when pressing the cases together. first of all there are some shafts that needs to get into their bearings, so use no force please!. The following picture shows how you can use a small screwdriver to align the hole in the spacer(s) on the inside allowing the shift shaft to make it into it's hole.

It's also reasonable to believe that you need to turn the sprocket a little to make the gearwheels slide into position. Pay attention to the crank and the bearing shown below. This bearing is sealed on the inside, there is also the seal inside there pressed from the other side. If this bearing slides out you should carefully bring it back into proper place with a minimum of force.

All done ! Using some patience and common sense you could mount it back together within 10 minutes which is the time span I used up taking these pictures. Naturally you will need a Maico rear hub to work on :-)
